Integration Technician - Thermal Protection Systems (TPS)

We’re looking for an Integration Technician to support hands?on Thermal Protection System (TPS) work on large aerospace structures. In this role, you’ll prep surfaces, apply adhesives and sealants, perform gap?filling, and carry out vacuum?bagging operations using detailed procedures, engineering drawings, and precision tools. Your day?to?day will include configuring work areas, operating calibrated shop tools, assisting with production builds, verifying hardware against specifications, and helping transition components from development to higher?rate manufacturing. Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, experience with TPS/RTV or composite processes, and a commitment to quality and safety. If you enjoy building mission?critical hardware and working in a fast?paced aerospace environment, this is a great fit. Compensation:  $46.20/hr.  We look forward to reviewing your application.
