The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as their main point of contact
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships and providing strategic marketing advice
• Leading the planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation of marketing campaigns
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Working closely with creative, digital, content, and PR teams to deliver outstanding results

About You

We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within a marketing, communications, PR, or creative agency
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
