Accounting Manager 16837289
Cherry Bekaert Recruiting and Staffing is searching for an Interim Accounting Manager for a services organization in Marietta, GA.
This will be an Interim role for 2-3 months and will require being on site 4-5 days per week.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversight of small accounting team
- Month/Quarter-end close activities
- Coordination for General ledger processes and corporate office consolidations
- Hands-on GL activities as needed (reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)
- Support for escalated issues from team as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate should have the following background:
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years as a manager or supervisor
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Strong Excel background
- Ability to run close and coordinate amongst a small team
- Ideal candidate would have a public/private mix of experience, but not required
