Click here Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £30000 - £40000 Sector: Project Manager Type: Permanent Posted: 04/28/2025 This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Agile Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with strategists, UX/UI designers, and web development teams to deliver a range of digital projects, while owning Agile processes, systems, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the digital project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams - Scope project requirements and prepare cost estimates - Develop and oversee project plans, resources, and budgets - Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams - Ensure all project members are clearly briefed and supported - Identify and proactively resolve risks and issues - Manage client delivery, reporting, and service level agreements (SLAs) - Support business development efforts by nurturing client relationships Key Requirements: - 2+ years' experience in a project management role - 1+ years’ experience in an Agile environment (Scrum or Scrumban experience is advantageous) - Practical experience in the deployment and management of Agile processes - Strong communication and client relationship skills - High proficiency with project management and reporting tools - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills - Experience in requirements gathering and creating user stories Desirable Skills: - Experience with Jira and the Atlassian product suite - SCRUM Master certification (e.g., PSM I / PSM II) - Exposure to project management data reporting - Previous agency experience Benefits Include: - Competitive salary and bonus opportunities - Hybrid working model with flexible hours - Personal development plans - Opportunities for career progression - 20 days holiday, plus extra discretionary days (Christmas break + birthday off) - Workplace pension - Health insurance If you’re a passionate Agile Project Manager looking for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you.
