We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming school community in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a long term, full time position and would involve working school hours Monday- Friday.
WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE?
* Supporting Classroom Learning: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring that students are supported in their learning activities both individually and in small groups.
* Promoting Positive Behaviour: Help maintain a positive, calm, and productive classroom environment by supporting children in following classroom rules and promoting positive behaviour.
* One-on-One Support: Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and make progress at their own pace.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE?
* Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching assistant experience
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* References covering the last 2 years of your employment
* Up to date safeguarding training
