Workshop Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing and installation business specialising in high-quality windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trainee Window & Door Installer to join their expanding installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn. Full training will be provided, with long-term progression available into a skilled Window & Door Installer role.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation of windows and doors on-site
• Prepare work areas and unload materials and equipment
• Protect customer properties using dust sheets and coverings
• Assist with positioning and securing frames during installations
• Carry out safety checks and follow site health & safety procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard
• Load and dispose of waste materials correctly
• Provide professional and polite customer service on-site

Skills & Experience Required

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on-site
• Basic health & safety awareness desirable
• CSCS card beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and early starts
