About the Role
Our client a food manufacturing company are looking to expand their technical and quality team with Technical Assistant, and/or a Technical Supervisor. This role is an excellent opportunity for a food manufacturing professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company. Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Technical Manager Addressing and managing customer inquiries related to technical aspects, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Implementing robust quality assurance measures Conducting regular technical and quality checks within the manufacturing facility to maintain adherence to established standards. Performing internal audits of documents and manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Overseeing the development and maintenance of specifications for finished goods, raw materials, and internal processes. Monitoring and ensuring the technical and operational processes adhere to established standards for quality and safety. Investigating and resolving customer and supplier complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions as needed. Training of production staff Supporting and promoting a positive food safety and quality culture within the organisation
