About the Role

The Role of Service Sales Coordinator Includes:

  • Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts.
  • Monitor service contract renewals and follow up to ensure timely renewals.
  • Renew customer service contracts and update all relevant documentation.
  • Set up new service contract numbers and keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Produce and maintain reports for contract renewals and upcoming service requirements.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for service queries.
  • Respond promptly to web and email enquiries.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice or account issues.
  • Keep customer contact information current and maintain accurate customer intelligence.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for customer audits and compliance checks.
