Meniga is a leading hyper-personalisation banking platform, providing best-in-class user experiences to over 100 million banking customers across 30 countries globally. Our vision is to enable banking that is genuinely personal, proactive, and valuable to every customer. We're a global team with offices in London, Reykjavik, Warsaw, and Cairo.
We are investing heavily in the next generation of our platform: richer enrichment, agentic experiences, and LLM-native intelligence for both bank staff and end customers. We are growing our Product team in Warsaw to lead this work.
How you will make an impact
- Help shape and execute the roadmap for one of Meniga's core product areas, balancing long-term vision with the realities of a B2B business serving large banks.
- Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering with engineering, design, sales, delivery, and our bank clients.
- Spend time directly with customers (bank stakeholders and, where possible, end users) to understand their problems and validate solutions.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement using product analytics, customer feedback, and model evaluation where AI is involved.
- Partner with engineering on the design of LLM-based features and agentic workflows, contributing to decisions on model selection, prompt and context design, evaluation, and tool integration.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market for the products you own.
- Stay current on developments in AI and fintech and bring practical ideas into the roadmap where they create clear customer or commercial value.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years in product management with clear ownership of digital product outcomes, ideally in B2B or B2B2C software.
- Strong track record of working directly with customers and using what you learn to shape product decisions.
- Solid understanding of modern AI product patterns, including LLM-based experiences, retrieval, agentic tool use, and evaluation.
- High day-to-day fluency with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalents) for research, prototyping, analysis, and writing. Comfortable building a working prototype yourself to test an idea.
- Strong commercial instincts and an understanding that in B2B the buyer and the end user are often different people with different needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Comfort operating in a small, senior team without a large support function around you.

- Experience selling into or working with enterprise banks, including navigating procurement, legal, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience shipping customer-facing AI products in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks, MCP, or modern LLM evaluation approaches.
