An exciting opportunity to join this early stage Private Markets business, working alongside senior investment and leadership teams as they build a high-growth, international platform.<br><br>Our client, a newly established private markets business operating at the forefront of alternative investments, is looking for an ambitious Team Assistant/Office Manager to join the rapidly growing team, to support the leadership team and manage the office, bringing their expertise, organisational skills, and desire to learn and grow.<br><br>We are seeking a bright, proactive, and highly capable degree educated Team Assistant/Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role will suit a candidate with EA/Office Management experience, confidence, and polish, who takes pride in anticipating needs, and always delivering work to a high standard.<br><br>You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while also gaining exposure to a dynamic investment business and the opportunity to grow and develop as the platform evolves.<br><br>For the right individual, this is more than a support role it is a chance to be a part of something from the beginning, in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment that rewards initiative, ambition, and excellence.<br><br>This opportunity will particularly appeal to individuals who set high standards for themselves, enjoy being close to decision-making, and are motivated by working in an exciting, institutional investment setting with genuine long-term career prospects.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><strong>Executive & Team Support:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage complex diaries, schedules, and meeting coordination for a busy investment team</li><li>Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation</li><li>Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries</li><li>Support expenses, compliance documentation, and internal approval processes</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for team administration and coordination</li></ul><strong>Meeting & Events</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and team activities</li><li>Manage logistics including meeting rooms, catering, and venue setup</li><li>Support team events that foster collaboration and culture</li></ul><strong>Office Management & Operations</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a professional, well-organised environment</li><li>Liaise with building management and external suppliers</li><li>Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and maintenance issues</li><li>Maintain systems for tracking repairs, services, and workplace needs</li></ul><strong>Growth & Development</strong><br><ul><li>Gain increasing exposure to office management and operations as the platform scales</li><li>Support office moves, refurbishments, and broader workplace projects</li><li>Help develop processes and systems in a growing, evolving business</li></ul>
