<p><b>Senior Project Manager / Assistant Branch Manager</b></p>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated, mid-to-senior level <b>Civil Land Development Engineer</b> to help lead and manage a brand-new branch in the <b>Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach</b> area. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role while staying grounded in high-level site design and land development consulting.</p>
<p><b>The Role:</b></p>
<p>As the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, you will be a cornerstone of the new office. You will be responsible for:</p>

<li><b>Consulting Excellence:</b> Leading all aspects of land development consulting.</li>
<li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Managing and mentoring a team of professionals.</li>
<li><b>Client Relations:</b> Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.</li>
<li><b>Project Oversight:</b> Utilizing your deep technical expertise to ensure excellence in site design and permitting.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of land development and possess the following credentials:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><b>Education:</b> A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.</li>
<li><b>Licensure:</b> An active and current <b>Professional Engineering (P.E.) license</b> in the State of Florida.</li>
<li><b>Experience:</b> A minimum of <b>10 years</b> of experience in most aspects of land development and site design.</li>
<li><b>Technical Skills:</b> A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as hydrologic and hydraulic software.</li>
<li><b>Permitting Expertise:</b> Familiarity with the land development and construction permit process across all sectors in Florida.</li>
<li><b>Communication:</b> Good written and oral communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Position Details:</b></p>

<li><b>Location:</b> Full-time, on-site at the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach office location.</li>
<li><b>Travel:</b> Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).</li>
<li><b>Requirement:</b> Applicants should be able to pass a standard background check.</li>
