This is a hands-on, operational General Manager role. You will work closely with the owners to drive performance, standards and growth across both venues. Finance administration is centrally supported, allowing you to focus on leading the operation.

• Lead, develop and inspire the management and floor teams

• Maintain a strong and visible presence during trading

• Drive revenue across weekly club nights and branded events

• Manage labour, stock and operational costs effectively

• Deliver against financial KPIs and performance targets

• Maintain excellent licensing compliance and authority relationships
