CLASS collaborate with our clients -- the Non Profit Organizations -- to help them realize their mission and create tangible value. CLASS offers business consulting services in marketing, strategy, human resources/ organization, finance & IT.</div>

<strong>Position Type:</strong> Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). <strong>Temporarily remote due to COVID-19.</strong><br />

<strong>General Responsibilities: </strong></div>
<ul>
<li lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"> Assisting in developing online training plans and content for various teams across CLASS </li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Support for the management and maintenance of a web based LMS system. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Design and Create training plan and content associated with it </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Prepare lesson plans and training material as per the LMS requirements </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports. </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Maintain volunteer training records and developmental needs </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Proficient in managing various modules in the LMS </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Support the technical lead on all LMS matters. Interface with the LMS vendor on continuous basis to recommend functional features and modifications </div>

<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Qualifications and Requirements: <br />
</div>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">MBA-HR with at least 8-10 years of professional experience in Learning and Development </div>
<ul>

<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Excellent communicator, training and public speaking skills </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Familiar with Learning Management tools (LMS) </div>
</li>

<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Training Certification preferred </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </div>
</li>
<li>
<div lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Positive attitude and commitment to projects </div>
