About the Role

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products in San Diego, CA. The Contract Administration would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week. Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products Compensation The pay for this position is $36.63 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates. Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs. The required availability for this position is full-time with flexibility for a 40+ hour work week. Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products Responsibilities Lead all contract lifecycle activities for dispensing agreements, including lease vs. buy evaluations, software specifications, maintenance/service, installation, and invoicing of capital products. Provide high-quality service and negotiation support to business units and strategic customer teams. Review deal profitability, pricing adherence, and manage approvals based on decision rights matrix. Collaborate with Commercial Capital Offer Strategy and Development teams to ensure pricing and terms execution. Administer policies and procedures to standardize contract negotiations while addressing customer/market needs. Manage risk mitigation and regulatory compliance across contracts. Optimize deal structures to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability. Support post-deal contract lifecycle activities including contract obligation analysis, billing/revenue issue resolution, and sales reporting. Meet contract KPIs such as contract cycle time and operational metrics. Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and standardize procedures, including SOP development. Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related fields. Strong experience with contract negotiation related to capital products (lease vs. buy, software, installation, and services). Proven ability to structure profitable contracts while balancing customer needs and profitability. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Solid understanding of financial drivers, pricing strategies, and contract compliance. Contract Administration – Dispensing & Capital Products Preferred Qualifications Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract management. Familiarity with sales reporting and post-deal contract lifecycle management. Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
