Opportunity Details

Location: Greater St. Louis, Missouri (Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Louis County)

Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Contract Type: Locum Tenens (Month-to-Month, Extension Potential)

Start Date: ASAP (Target: May 18, 2026)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch included
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

Care Model

• 70% Telehealth / 30% In-Home Visits
• Home visits scheduled within a 30-mile radius
• Equipment provided and shipped directly to provider

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk assessments
• Perform chronic condition reviews
• Document findings and escalate concerns to PCPs
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities

Patient Volume

• Telehealth: ~12–14 patients/day
• In-home: ~6–7 patients/day
• Mixed days: ~10 patients/day

Practice Environment

• Structured workflows with administrative support
• Paid orientation (1–3 hours)
• Ongoing education completed during working hours
• Predictable daily cadence with minimal disruption

Requirements

• Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner license
• Must reside in the greater St. Louis area
• Comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients
• Must be enrolled/credentialed in Medicare
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
