Carrot Recruitment is supporting the search for a Senior Pharmacovigilance & Quality Assurance Manager to join a dynamic organisation. This hybrid role, based in either Staffordshire or London, is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and operational excellence of all PV and QA deliverables.
You’ll play a central role in shaping PV strategy, supporting business growth, managing client relationships, and leading internal teams—while ensuring full compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships, ensuring delivery and satisfaction
- Ensure the effective running of PV projects in line with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee PV operations, quality, and compliance
- Review PV agreements and safety reporting documentation
- Manage audits, inspections, and CAPA activities
- Drive SOP development, AE reporting processes, and compliance metrics
- Support cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution
- Lead PV training, development, and education across the business
Experience & Qualities That Make You a Strong Fit
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare (PV qualification desirable)
- Extensive PV experience in pharma/CRO
- Strong knowledge of GVP and global regulations
- Experience in audits, SOPs, and team leadership
