A well-established, independently run small animal practice in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join and support their experienced clinical team.</p> <p><strong>The Practice</strong><br /> This is a long-standing, locally owned small animal practice with a strong reputation in the community. The team is led by highly experienced veterinary surgeons, supported by a skilled nursing team and a dedicated support function including client care and practice management.</p> <p>The practice benefits from a varied caseload, with a high proportion of insured clients, allowing for excellent clinical work-ups and continuity of care. Facilities are well-equipped, including advanced surgical and diagnostic tools such as laparoscopic equipment, endoscopy, dental x-ray, and orthopaedic kit.</p> <p>They are committed to delivering high-quality clinical care and are actively working towards advanced clinical standards, including pain management accreditation.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br /> This is a key senior position within the practice, combining clinical work with leadership responsibilities.
