About the Role
YOUR MISSION:
As a Product Instructional Designer at Parloa, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower our teams, customers, and partners. You will develop high-impact training programs focused on our SaaS products, working closely with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, CX Designers, and other stakeholders. With a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern learning technologies, you will create interactive and effective learning solutions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Analyze Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments to define learning objectives and close knowledge gaps.
Develop Engaging Learning Content: Create high-quality materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, and live sessions.
Customize Learning Experiences: Tailor content for different user groups and skill levels.
Collaborate with Experts: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
Optimize and Improve: Use feedback and performance data to continuously refine training materials.
Manage Projects: Oversee multiple training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Engage Stakeholders: Communicate progress and challenges effectively.
Evaluate Success: Implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
Support Partnerships & Customers: Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize external training.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Experience: 7+ years in instructional design, training, or customer experience roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
Theoretical Knowledge: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Presentation Skills: Confident in engaging and inspiring different audiences.
Adaptability: Open to new technologies and trends in instructional design.
Education: Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Language Skills: Business fluent in English (C2 level).
