An experienced stand-alone Estimator with the experience and ability to price new build, refurbishment and fit out projects ranging in value from £200k to £5m.
The client is a privately owned main contractor with traditional values and a c.£10m turnover who can boast some excellent long term working relationships.
The successfully appointed Estimator will be joining a secure, well run business who is risk adverse and with them having a long-serving workforce they are looking for someone with a stable employment history coupled with the right experience.
On offer for this Senior Estimator position is a salary guide of c. £80,000 p.a. plus benefits, but this could be negotiable if need be to secure the right person into the business.
