<p><strong>The Role</strong><br />
As a Sales Executive, you will be the “face” of the development. You will manage the entire customer journey, ensuring every purchaser receives a premium, bespoke service from the moment they walk into the marketing suite until they are handed their keys.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Relationship Management: Lead potential buyers through the sales process, providing expert advice on plots, house types, and finishing touches.</p>
<p>Pipeline Management: Proactively manage leads and liaise with solicitors and financial advisors to ensure a smooth, efficient progression to exchange and completion.</p>
<p>Site Presentation: Maintain the company’s “Gold Standard,” ensuring show homes and sales suites are kept impeccable at all times.</p>
<p>Reporting: Keep accurate CRM records and provide the Regional Sales Manager with updates on market trends and development progress.</p>
<p><strong>Who Are We Looking For?</strong><br />
We are seeking a polished, driven sales professional who understands the consultative sell.</p>
<p>Experience: Ideally, you will have a background in New Homes sales, though we will also consider high-end property or real estate backgrounds.</p>
<p>Values: You must be someone who takes ownership, values integrity, and enjoys building genuine rapport with customers.</p>
<p>Flexibility: You are comfortable with the standard Thursday–Monday schedule.</p>
