About the role:

Justteachers is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued partner primary schools in Leamington Spa for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher. This full-time position begins in September 2026 and is expected to run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension into the following year.

The school are a vibrant primary school, located in the heart of Leamington Spa. The school offer continuous development to their staff and pride themselves on being an inclusive primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with KS1 curriculum
• Working well with your job-share teacher to ensure the best outcomes for your students
• Creative a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensuring assessment is up to date for all students
• Following the school’s behaviour management policy

Pre-requisites:

• QTS or similar teaching qualification
• Recent UK experience teaching in KS1
• Two education or school based references
• Strong classroom management
• A commitment to safeguarding and providing a safe learning environment
