Reception Teacher

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Rugby to recruit a Reception Teacher. This is a full-time role with an October 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a thriving Early Years setting with excellent outdoor provision and a strong emphasis on child-led learning. Staff are supported through mentoring and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging EYFS provision
• Support early communication and phonics development
• Monitor children’s learning and progress
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues

Pre-requisites:

•  Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
•  Proven experience in Primary Education
•  A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
