About the Role
<p>AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a residential main contractor based in central London, this is a full time permanent position working on a £40M residential development in Edgware.</p>
<p>Essential Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience delivering large-scale residential construction projects valued at 50M</li>
<li>Strong background in multi-unit residential developments.</li>
<li>Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of UK construction regulations and building standards.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme management.</li>
<li>Experience managing consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong commercial and contractual awareness.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.</li>
<li>SMSTS certification.</li>
<li>CSCS Card.</li>
<li>First Aid qualification preferred.</li>
<li>Membership of CIOB, RICS, or equivalent professional body desirable.</li>

<p>Operational Actions</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the day-to-day management of the 40m residential development.</li>
<li>Manage construction programmes, sequencing, and delivery milestones.</li>
<li>Coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting alongside the commercial team.</li>
<li>Ensure health & safety compliance across all site activities.</li>
<li>Chair project progress meetings and issue regular reports to senior management.</li>
<li>Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and handover procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and statutory bodies.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li>
