🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first line of support for IT queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
• Escalate complex problems to 2nd/3rd line teams
• Maintain accurate ticket logs, updates, and documentation
• Monitor and follow up on open tickets
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service across all interactions

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a service desk or customer-facing IT role
• Solid understanding of:
  • Windows OS
  • Microsoft Office
  • Basic troubleshooting principles
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication skills (technical → non-technical users)
• High attention to detail

• Basic SQL knowledge
• IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft)
