About the Role

The Senior Account Executive DACH drives revenue growth by building strong, long-term relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH region. Combining strategic account management with new business development, you guide customers through the full sales cycle and help them realize the value of Spacewell’s smart building solutions. Your mission As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for expanding Spacewell’s footprint in the DACH market by developing strong client relationships and converting opportunities into measurable business results. You manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity generation to contract closing and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. In addition, you play an important role in mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive and collaborative sales culture. What you’ll do Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their evolving business needs. Identify and convert new business opportunities with both existing and new customers in line with Spacewell’s strategic growth objectives. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing. Organize and lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations to clearly communicate the value of Spacewell’s solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts to maximize customer value and revenue growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Coach and support colleagues by sharing sales best practices and contributing to the continuous development of the sales team. What we’re looking for Proven experience in a senior sales or account executive role, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, facility management, or building technology solutions. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling value propositions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at operational and executive levels. Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Experience working with CRM systems and structured pipeline management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use market and customer insights to inform sales strategies. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
