About the Role
Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigator looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong ethical foundation and a long history of supporting individuals through complex and challenging circumstances. You’ll work within a specialist team handling high‑quality personal injury litigation with a varied and engaging caseload.
We are seeking a confident Personal Injury Litigator with the ability to manage a mixed caseload of EL, PL, and some RTA matters. The role focuses primarily on Fast Track personal injury litigation, with opportunities to take on intermediate and Multi Track work for the right candidate. You’ll be part of a team known nationally for its expertise, handling cases that are often high‑profile and always meaningful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a diverse caseload of EL, PL, and RTA matters
- Managing Fast Track personal injury litigation with scope for progression
- Using MOJ portals and a case management system efficiently
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team of experienced litigators
- Delivering exceptional client care and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- A strong Personal Injury Litigator with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in personal injury litigation, including EL and PL cases
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload
- A team player committed to delivering high‑quality legal services
