Job Description Administer and manage student loan and bursary processes with accuracy and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for student loan and bursary queries, providing clear and timely information. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to student finance. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial support for students. Monitor and report on the utilisation of bursary funds. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the student experience. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on financial aid programmes. The Successful Applicant A successful Student Loan and Bursary Officer should have: Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. A strong understanding of financial regulations, particularly in the not-for-profit sector. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using financial systems and software. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
