Industrial Painter to prepare and paint large equipment using HVLP and pump-style spray systems. This is a

Responsibilities
- Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply high-quality paint and topcoat finishes
- Build and maintain proper topcoat thickness
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Maintain paint equipment and ensure quality standards
- Work safely while meeting production goals
- Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and reaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with gravity-fed HVLP guns and pump-style spray systems required
- Knowledge of paint mixing procedures and chemical usage
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work 8– 10 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
