In this role, you will connect skilled talent with the company's needs, overseeing the entire hiring cycle: from defining role requirements to final selection. The position involves close collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners, with a focus on engaging prospective candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment and selection process
Draft and publish job advertisements
Actively identify and approach potential candidates through platforms such as Linked In and job boards
Conduct intake meetings and interviews
Advise hiring managers on market trends and ideal candidate profiles
Coordinate selection stages and support offer discussions
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process enhancements
Manage digital onboarding activities for new hires
Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Business Partner

Profiel
2-4 years of recruitment experience
Fluent in English. Dutch language skills are advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong negotiation abilities aligned with budget requirements.
Experience building and enhancing employer brand presence.
Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-focused hiring platforms.
Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment automation tools.
Background in fast‑growing or scaling environments.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, accurate, and results-driven.
