<p>Our client is seeking a strategic and motivated Senior Development Manager to lead the development cycle of their prestigious, high-value portfolio of commercial and mixed-use schemes.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact, strategic role in which you will shape the direction, viability and deliverability of their new projects.</p>
<p>The role is ideal for a professional who can facilitate stakeholder engagement, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive performance across the planning and development function to deliver projects of exceptional quality.</p>

<p><b>About You:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree-qualified in town planning or real estate.</li>
<li>Effective leader with the ability to lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and engage effectively with local authorities and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience managing commercial or mixed-use development projects post-acquisition through to planning and pre-construction.</li>
<li>You are energised by seeing an idea evolve from a concept to a well-designed development and enjoy the complex challenges that come with this.</li>
<li>Sharp commercial acumen, applying strong financial judgement across feasibility, viability assessments, and the negotiation of S106/CIL obligations to secure deliverable, value-aligned outcomes.</li>
