Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an integral part of the management team, you will skillfully assist in the day-to-day operational excellence of the restaurant. This includes actively training and mentoring our dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service. You will confidently deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring seamless operations and upholding our stringent 5-star service standards. Collaborating closely with other departments will be key to guaranteeing a smooth and unforgettable dining experience for every guest.

We are searching for a true hospitality professional with an unwavering passion for service excellence. Crucially, you will possess excellent wine knowledge, a skill that significantly enhances our guests' dining journey. Previous experience within prestigious 5-star venues is essential, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a high-calibre environment. While a WSET qualification is highly advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We value candidates who showcase a track record of longevity and development in previous roles, indicating commitment and growth. Your command of English will be impeccable, ensuring clear communication, and you will have held a same or similar management role within the hospitality industry previously.
