Bid Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
Location: Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our client’s head office team in Luton. This role will involve managing the full bid and tender process, producing high-quality submissions across public sector frameworks, commercial tenders and opportunities within high-security and blue light sectors.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in bid writing, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Manage the full bid and tender process from initial review to submission
Write, edit and proofread clear, persuasive bid responses
Analyse tender documentation and evaluation criteria
Coordinate input from internal teams and subject matter experts
Ensure submissions meet all framework and compliance requirements
Maintain bid libraries, case studies and tender documentation
Proven experience in bid writing and tender management
Experience working on public sector frameworks or commercial tenders
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office and tender portals
