Senior Engineer - Planning & Cost Control (Offshore) Closing Date 31 August, 2026 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Ref No 15933 Senior Engineer - Planning & Cost Control (Offshore) Penspen is urgently looking for Senior Engineer - Planning & Cost Control (Offshore) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for offshore brownfield works (WHTs, subsea cables, and piping) Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against plan, identifying deviations and recovery actions Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring for brownfield modifications Coordinate with EPC/PMC/contractors for planning, scheduling, and cost control Support change management (MCRs, VOs), risk assessment, and impact analysis on schedule and cost Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholder review Requirements Bachelor's in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 15+ years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure. Minimum 5+ years in Offshore Projects is mandatory PMC experience will be preferred Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel). Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management. Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills.
