Parts Development Management
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Oversee business planning and HR & Administration functions within the Procurement Division of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, LLC.
• Develop and implement new operational standards and procedures for the Procurement Division
• Manage process related to Human Resources, employee training, General Affairs, and IT for the Procurement Division
• Ensure accurate maintenance of procurement materials records and contracts, and organize documentation for efficient retrieval.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating correspondence for the procurement division.
• Plan, coordinate, and distribute information regarding production and potential supplier engagements.
• Maintain and update the supplier information database to support procurement activities.
• Deliver training on requisition processes to procurement team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations within procurement activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to purchasing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop annual business plans for the Procurement Division, monitor progress, and evaluate achievement against goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the management and operational objectives of the division.

• HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance or Accounting or related field from accredited university
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required.
• Preferred:
• Intermediate - Minimum 2 years of related job experience
• Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills desired.
• A desire to continually improve processes and research and implement best practices.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or suggestions from team members, the leadership team, and outside vendors.
• Ability to work with different cultures to effectively deliver results.
• Proven ability to innovate to meet the needs of the business and to advance culture.

Language Proficiency:
Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
• Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
• Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
• Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
