Technology Teacher – Leamington

About the role:

Justteachers is working with a secondary school in Leamington that is seeking a full time Technology Teacher to start from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and knowledgeable teacher to join a supportive department and deliver engaging Technology lessons in a well-established school environment.

You’ll teach Technology across KS3 and KS4, support students in developing practical skills, creativity, and confidence, and contribute positively to the wider life of the department. The school offers a welcoming atmosphere, strong behaviour expectations, and a committed staff team focused on high-quality teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the UK national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports progress for learners of all abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and follow school policies consistently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Technology department to support planning, progress, and wider school life.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Technology in a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for Technology and the ability to inspire and engage learners through practical and creative lessons.
• Two relevant references, ideally from educational settings.
