About the Role
Peaple Talent is working with a fast-growing customer experience consultancy that helps organisations transform their support operations through Zendesk and modern SaaS technology. They partner with ambitious brands to design, implement, and optimise customer service platforms that drive efficiency, insight, and exceptional customer experiences.
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful delivery of Zendesk projects for a wide range of clients. You’ll be the key point of contact throughout each engagement, guiding customers from discovery and design through to implementation, launch, and optimisation.

What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar CX / ITSM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Freshdesk)
Strong project management experience across full project lifecycles
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configuration
Confident running workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Nice to Have
Zendesk certifications (or working towards them)
Experience documenting technical designs, integrations, and APIs
Background in CX process design and workflow optimisation
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Experience delivering virtual training and knowledge transfer sessions
Understanding of SaaS licensing models and cloud-based solution architecture
