About the Role
<p><strong>Litigation Lawyer needed in South west London Paying £307.11 per day ref OR108007</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a varied caseload of complex civil, commercial and/or property litigation matters with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Conduct litigation in the County Court, High Court and relevant Tribunals.</li>
<li>Provide clear, commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice to clients and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, reports and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Negotiate favourable settlements and outcomes for clients.</li>
<li>Attend meetings with clients, counsel, experts and other external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and legal updates for clients and senior management where required.</li>
<li>Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and advise clients on their implications.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements, regulatory obligations and internal policies.</li>
