Ready Mix Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our ready mix concrete products to contractors, builders, and construction companies. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product information and technical support to customers.
• Conduct site visits and assess customer needs to recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the construction or concrete industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and product applications.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
