Why This Role Matters As a Senior Accountant (General Ledger), you’ll be a key player in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance for mission-critical programs. What You’ll Do Own general ledger accounting and monthly reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end close processes Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate revenue recognition for government contracts (T&M, CPFF, FFP) Apply and monitor indirect cost rates and support Incurred Cost Submissions Partner across departments to resolve variances and improve processes Support audit prep, tax filings, and ERP integration initiatives What You Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 6+ years of accounting experience, including payroll Strong GAAP knowledge and GovCon exposure (FAR/CAS compliance) Advanced Excel skills; experience with ADP and ERP systems (Navision/Business Central preferred) CPA or payroll certifications a plus Perks & Benefits Competitive salary plus annual bonus potential Comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement and career development support Ready to make an impact?
