About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional firm in their Wimbledon office. This position is based in a newly refurbished Wimbledon office, offering flexibility with part time or full time (3–5 days per week) working, including 1 day working from home per week.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ PQE and will handle a broad and technical caseload, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and Court of Protection matters, often with international elements.
This opportunity is available on a part time or full time (3–5 days per week) basis and would suit someone looking for flexibility without compromising on the quality of work or career progression. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will have full responsibility for your own caseload and will play an important role in maintaining strong existing client relationships. This role sits within a dynamic, friendly, and collaborative team.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
- Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection
- Experience handling complex and technical matters, including international elements
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- STEP qualification advantageous (support on training provided)
