The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in supporting deal origination and execution-combining market intelligence, financial analysis, and hands-on transaction support. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders and real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and assess acquisition opportunities through market and company research
- Analyse financial data and build valuation models to support investment decisions
- Contribute to live transactions, including due diligence and deal execution
- Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and investment committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years' experience in insurance, M&A, or a relevant analytical role
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Solid understanding of M&A processes and deal lifecycle
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
