About the Role

Support Worker - Young People (Ages 16-18) Nottingham £13 per hour The Role An established care provider is seeking Support Workers to support young people aged 16-18, specifically care leavers. This is a stable, low-risk service with no challenging behaviour or SEND requirements. Key Requirements Experience working with young people or care leavers Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Background in support work or residential care Reliable, professional, and person-centred Flexible with shift patterns Shifts 8:00am - 8:00pm (Day) 8:00pm - 8:00am (Sleep-in) Flexibility required based on service needs Responsibilities Support with daily living skills Promote independence and positive outcomes Act as a positive role model Maintain a safe and supportive environment Complete accurate records in line with care plans What's on Offer £13 per hour Consistent shifts Supportive working environment Ongoing work opportunities
