Own and drive full-cycle recruitment, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, clarify expectations, and optimize recruitment strategies
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
Apply structured evaluation techniques to ensure consistent candidate assessment
Leverage ATS data to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency
Contribute to employer branding and cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance talent attraction
Act as a candidate experience ambassador, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring journey
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with hands-on ownership of full-cycle hiring
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and pipeline management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with hiring managers
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Advanced English proficiency (C1)
Experience leveraging ATS systems for pipeline tracking, reporting, and process optimization
