About the Role
I'm assisting a well-funded, fast-growing recruiting marketplace startup with their search for Product Engineers. The role will work onsite in their Jackson Square San Francisco office. What you'll do: You’ll work on high-impact, data-driven projects that optimize recruiter efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and scale the platform across industries. Key challenges you’ll tackle include: Design monetary and social incentives to define how recruiters should work and help them earn more than ever Create a new paradigm for how candidates find their dream job via recruiters and lay the foundations to build the next LinkedIn Hack away at creative ways to acquire marketplace liquidity in new industries like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare Work on products that drive our AI/ML team to build better algorithms IdIdeal candidate traits: Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about the customer and the business. High attention to detail in design and interaction to strive for an easy and delightful user experience. 2+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end and love owning a codebase top to bottom. You’ve either worked at early-stage startups and/or you’re a tinkerer-builder, often hacking products on your own or with friends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thrives from working with a team and has immense drive and passion towards the work you do. Bonus points if you have prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.
