Express Employment Professionals is seeking HVAC Installers for reputable companies throughout the Flathead Valley. These full‑time, long‑term opportunities are ideal for experienced HVAC professionals or motivated candidates looking to grow their skills in a high‑demand trade. Position: HVAC Installer Location: Flathead Valley Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Status: Full‑Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications What You’ll Do Install HVAC systems including ductless mini‑splits, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, ductwork, and related components Fabricate and install sheet‑metal ducting and fittings both in‑shop and on‑site Install and connect refrigerant lines, low‑voltage control wiring, and PVC venting/drainage Pressure‑test and leak‑check refrigerant lines Lay out and connect electrical wiring per diagrams and manufacturer specifications Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, OSHA safety standards, and job‑site requirements Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and vendors Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time What You Bring Experience 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Willing to train motivated candidates with construction or HVAC background Certifications & Skills EPA Certification required Working knowledge of HVAC codes, components, and installation best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented Must have your own tools of the trade Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in various environments Ability to stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why This Job Stands Out Full‑time, steady schedule with evenings and weekends off Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for long‑term growth in an essential industry Work with respected local companies that value craftsmanship and professionalism Ready to Start Your Next Career Step?
