As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Lead the architecture and design of technology solutions within the Collections and Distressed Client Management domain.
- Translate business strategies, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives into scalable solution architectures and technology roadmaps.
- Provide architectural leadership across Early Collections, Late Collections, Debt Treatment, and Debt Recovery processes.
- Design cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Define integration strategies across core banking systems, CRM platforms, risk systems, and enterprise applications through RESTful APIs and API Gateway patterns.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security, and governance practices.
- Drive containerization and deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevSecOps practices.
- Produce architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and technical design artifacts while mentoring engineering teams on architectural best practices.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices using GitHub Copilot and developer productivity tools to enhance software delivery.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience designing and architecting mission-critical banking or financial services platforms.
- Strong expertise in Collections, Recovery, Lending, Risk Management, or Distressed Client Management domains.
- Extensive experience leading cloud-native transformation initiatives and modern application architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Java (17+ preferred), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and technical leadership skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, and enterprise technology decision-making.
- Architect modern microservices, event-driven, and API-based integration solutions.
- Define and implement cloud-native deployment, automation, and DevSecOps strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with business leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor technical teams and establish architectural best practices across projects.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives while balancing scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency and software quality.
