<p data-start="1036" data-end="1052"><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1055" data-end="1124">Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages</li>
<li data-start="1127" data-end="1222">Oversee production of technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction information</li>
<li data-start="1225" data-end="1297">Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards</li>
<li data-start="1300" data-end="1368">Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams</li>
<li data-start="1371" data-end="1462">Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery</li>
<li data-start="1465" data-end="1519">Review technical detailing and documentation quality</li>
<li data-start="1522" data-end="1594">Undertake site visits and resolve technical issues during construction</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1596" data-end="1615"><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1618" data-end="1730">Strong experience within a UK architectural practice, ideally delivering residential or mixed-use developments</li>
<li data-start="1733" data-end="1805">Proven ability to lead technical delivery and coordinate project teams</li>
<li data-start="1808" data-end="1883">Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing</li>
<li data-start="1886" data-end="1944">Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment</li>
<li data-start="1947" data-end="1987">Experience across multiple RIBA stages</li>
<li data-start="1990" data-end="2038">Strong communication and organisational skills</li>
<li data-start="2041" data-end="2138" data-is-last-node="">Relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology (CIAT or equivalent preferred)</li>
