To support this next phase of growth, our client is looking for a Compliance Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth. *This role is based in Atlanta, GA.  Key Responsibilities •    Support in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organization •    Assist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulations •    Support internal audits  •    Prepare documentation for external audits •    Identify potential compliance risks and contributes to the development of corrective action plans •    Ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies •    Manage MIPS collection and reporting •    Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplan •    Prepare and distribute compliance reports and contribute to the monthly newsletter •    Manage third-party risk/vendor management processes and assist with radiation and OSHA requirements •    Collaborate with HR, IT, RCM, and other departments on compliance initiatives •    Uphold confidentiality and safeguard all compliance-related documents and communications •    Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree; legal or healthcare-related field preferred •    4+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experience •    Experience with internal audit and reviews •    Certification (CHC or CHPC) preferred; willingness to obtain certification within 12 months required  •    Have an understanding of the OIG compliance program guidance •    Experience working closely with medical providers •    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) •    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills •    Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation abilities •    Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality Why Join? •    Be part of a rapidly growing, innovative healthcare organization •    Work in a flexible hybrid environment with limited travel •    Collaborate with a diverse, mission-driven team •    Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development •    Make a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational excellence
