About the Role
<p>Manage food safety and quality control procedures in a busy beverage production setting. This position ensures adherence to guidelines, assists production teams, and fosters continuous enhancement.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise QA/QC protocols and ensure regulatory conformity</li>
<li>Carry out inspections, audits, and product examinations</li>
<li>Address quality concerns and customer feedback</li>
<li>Supervise hold/rework procedures and records</li>
<li>Provide training on quality assurance standards and food safety protocols</li>
<li>Collaborate with production for enhanced quality and productivity</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field</li>
<li>5+ years of QA experience in the food industry (leadership experience desirable)</li>
<li>HACCP/PCQI certification required; BPC certification preferred or ability to obtain</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of food safety, auditing, and quality systems</li>
</ul>
