We are seeking an Event & Marketing Specialist. We need an architect for our events—someone who can plan our presence from A to Z and ensure that MIM Fertility leaves a lasting impression.
End-to-End Event Management: From securing floor space and collaborating with contractors to overseeing booth construction.
Strategy & ROI: Planning activities that actively drive sales and analyzing the effectiveness of every event.
Promotion & Hype: Creating campaigns that draw traffic to our booth and building a strong social media presence before and during trade shows.
Visual Storytelling: Overseeing materials that will make us stand out in a sea of medical exhibitions.
Battle-Tested Experience: A proven track record in organizing trade shows or events (B2B or MedTech).
Business Mindset: You understand that an event is a tool for building a sales funnel, not just a “pretty booth.”
Efficiency Under Pressure: You stay effective even when a situation requires Plans C, D, and E.
